This sweet has also been invented from the kitchen of the royal family. After that bikinis started selling in the shops of the city. Generally, sweets are sold in the market for 300 to 400 rupees per kg, but this sweet is sold at the most expensive price i.e. one thousand rupees per kg. People who are fond of almonds eat this sweet with great enthusiasm even today. This sweet is mostly eaten in winter, but some people eat this sweet throughout the year. Shopkeeper Zoravar told that this almond barfi was started from the royal family. Earlier almond katli was made in the royal family, but then almond grinder i.e. almond barfi was made. This sweet is sold in the market for one thousand rupees per kg. This sweet is sold less in the market. That’s why shopkeepers also make it less. This sweet is made only on order. On the other hand, almond katli is available in some shops, but almond barfi means almond grinder is made only on ordering.

This sweet is prepared in 8 hours
Shopkeeper Zoravar told that it takes 8 hours to make this sweet. Almonds are first soaked in this sweet. Even after this it takes 2 to 3 hours. Then this almond is peeled and crushed and made into rava. Ghee, sugar, saffron and pistachios are added to it. Then it is baked in ghee. Then syrup is prepared and mixed. The taste of grinding these almonds is very different from that of Katli.
